Majorie Taylor Greene is public speaking about how “fentanyl kills anyone it touches” that it doesn’t care about the political party you’re associated with, or your skin color and that it is epidemic in our country and it Secretary Mayorka’s and President Biden’s responsibility to “stop it from coming onto our country.” Obviously this is a case of disinformation as it does not kill someone by skin contact but holds more weight since it comes from a political figure that many people believe and trust in. Using “emotions” this can cause people to fear for their lives if skin contact occurs with fentanyl having psychological responses such as “not feeling well” or fainting due to the mental response that they must feel something since fentanyl is so dangerous.
