It is said that there is a correlation between violent video games and mass school shootings. Many believe that by playing violent video games one will become more and more aggressive and more likely to become a school shooter. This was proven tone wrong. Although such people have had a higher aggression rate while pooling these games, they are not the reason for their actions. Millions of people play such games and don’t cause any crazy violent acts. Also, those people who do commit those crimes have mental illness that causes them to not feel feelings towards others. As states above although many people believe there is a correlation between playing violent video games and mass crimes, there is not.
