This skit shows President Joe Biden meeting with TikTok stars to get their help combating Russian disinformation surrounding the country’s invasion of Ukraine. There had been speculations about Russia paying TikTok influencers to push pro-Kremlin narratives about the war. This skit is obviously disinformation because they are lacking evidence and this didn't actually happen.
